Procedure

1. Remove plugs from fuel manifold and fuel injection pump.
2. Remove caps from new fuel injection line.
3. Position line onto pump and manifold; loosely install nuts.
4. Tighten nuts on line to 25 N·m using tooling.
5. Remove caps from electronic unit injector and manifold ports.
6. Loosely connect nuts at both ends of line; ensure seated.
7. Repeat for remaining fuel injection lines.
8. Position clamp onto lines; install clamp bolt; tighten to 10 N·m.
9. Repeat for remaining lines.
10. Tighten line nuts to 25 N·m.
11. Position bracket on valve mechanism cover; install bolt; tighten to 10 N·m.
12. Reinstall front engine lifting eye; tighten bolts to 45 N·m.
13. Position bracket; install bolts; tighten to 25 N·m.
14. Install fuel filter base mounting bracket.
15. Connect wiring harness to sensors and install cable straps.
