Procedure

  1. 1. Thoroughly clean all of the inner surfaces of the
  2. cover (1) for the fuel injectors.
  3. 2. Install the cover (1).
  4. 3. Install the setscrews (2) for the cover (1). Tighten
  5. the setscrews (2) to a torque of 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  7. Fuel Injection Pump - Remove
  8. (Delphi DP210)
  9. Removal Procedure
  10. Start By:
  11. a. Remove the fuel injection lines. Refer to this
  12. Disassembly and Assembly Manual, “Fuel
  13. Injection Lines - Remove”.
  14. b. Remove the crankshaft pulley. Refer to this
  15. Disassembly and Assembly Manual, “Crankshaft
