Before you start
- NOTICE: Keep all parts clean from contaminants.
Procedure
- Drain coolant from cooling system.
- Position Tooling (D) at bottom of electronic unit injector sleeve (1).
- Coat Tooling (A) with clean grease; use Tooling (A) and (B) to cut threads into sleeve (1).
- Install Tooling (C) in sleeve (1).
- Remove sleeve (1).
- Remove O-ring seals (2).
