Procedure
- Remove oil pump from engine; remove cover.
- Remove outer rotor; clean parts; inspect for cracks.
- Install outer rotor; measure clearance of outer rotor to body.
- Measure clearance of inner rotor to outer rotor.
- Measure end play of rotor with straight edge and feeler gauge.
- Clean top face of pump and bottom face of cover; install cover and pump.
