Procedure
- Clean inside of housing; ensure bores clean and free from corrosion.
- Press new oil seal into housing until level with recess.
- Install gear; press shaft through oil seal into gear.
- Press bearing against shoulder; install new circlips.
- Press needle bearing into housing.
- Press new coolant seal onto shaft into counterbore.
- Press impeller onto shaft until level with shaft top.
- Install cover with new joint; tighten setscrews to 22 N·m.
