Perkins 1103 / 1104 — Glow Plugs - Remove and Install

Procedure
- Turn disconnect switch to OFF position.
- Remove setscrews and remove cover from cylinder head.
- Disconnect harness assembly.
- Loosen nuts securing bus bar to glow plugs; remove bus bar.
- Remove glow plugs from cylinder head.
- Clean threads of glow plugs; install into cylinder head.
- Tighten glow plugs to 18 N·m.
- Install bus bar; tighten nuts to 2 N·m; install cover.
