Perkins 1103 / 1104 — Fuel System - Prime
Operation

Procedure
- Delphi DP210 and Delphi STP: position the starting switch to RUN for three minutes; air is purged automatically.
- Bosch EPVE: remove the valve mechanism cover.
- Turn the start switch to RUN for three minutes, then return to OFF.
- Loosen the high pressure lines at the fuel injectors.
- Operate the starting motor until fuel free from air comes from the connections.
- Tighten the fuel injector connections, operate the engine and check for leaks, then fit the valve mechanism cover.
