Installation

Procedure

1. Clean flywheel housing; inspect crankshaft rear seal for leaks.
2. Heat ring gear to 250 C and install onto flywheel.
3. Install flywheel onto two guide studs.
4. Install setscrews finger tight; remove guide studs.
5. Install remainder of setscrews.
6. Tighten setscrews to 105 N·m.
7. Check alignment of flywheel with crankshaft.
