Northern Lights — Replacing generator brushes

Procedure

1. Shut down generator.
2. Remove four screws and end cover of generator.
3. Remove brush assembly screws and unplug leads.
4. Attach leads to new brush assembly and install with plastic ears toward front.
5. Connect wire J to terminal J and wire K to terminal K.
