Applies to: Northern Lights M1064H, Northern Lights M1066H, John Deere Powertech Tier II 4045 engine, John Deere Powertech Tier II 6068 engine

Procedure

1. Change sea water pump impeller as needed.
2. Remove pump end cover; remove impeller with water pump pliers.
3. Remove all pieces of a failed impeller.
4. Clean inside of housing.
5. Press in new impeller and place sealing washer in outer end of impeller center.
6. Replace cover using a new gasket.
