Before you start
- Fuels are combustible – avoid open flames, sparks and smoking
Procedure
- Shut off fuel supply and remove injectors.
- Release engine start and bar engine with starting system to remove carbon deposits.
- Install connector with sealing ring in injection nozzle opening and tighten.
- Connect compression pressure recorder to connector.
- Bar engine with starting system until no further pressure rise.
- Actuate vent valve and tighten adjuster pin to move diagram sheet.
- Repeat for all cylinders; difference from mean must not exceed 3 bar.
- Install injectors and open fuel supply.
