Before you start
- Fuels are combustible. Avoid naked flames.
- High-pressure line must not be bent.
Procedure
- Coat sealing ring with petroleum jelly, wind onto pressure pipe tube.
- Moisten taper of pressure pipe tube with engine oil.
- Slide pressure pipe tube up to attachment on sealing ring.
- Screw thrust screw into cylinder head.
- Press pressure pipe tube in completely by hand.
- Tighten thrust screw to specified tightening torque.
- Install high-pressure line, tighten union nut to torque.
- Tighten clamp screw to specified torque.

- Thrust screw for pressure pipe tube 35 to 45 Nm
- Union nut of HP line 20 Nm + 5 Nm (max. 35 Nm)
