Before you start
- Fuels are combustible. Avoid naked flames and ignition sources.
- Contamination of components. Observe manufacturer's instructions.
Procedure
- Use barring device to turn engine and blow out fuel.
- Coat sealing ring with petroleum jelly.
- Wind sealing ring onto injector.
- Fix copper sealing ring with grease on injector.
- Press injector by hand into cylinder head, pin at 11 o'clock.
- Attach clamp in correct position.
- Insert screw by hand.
