Before you start
- Heavy object. Use appropriate lifting devices.
- Components have sharp edges. Wear protective gloves.
Procedure
- Mark cylinder liner installation position.
- Insert screws into cylinder head threaded bores opposite.
- Attach extraction plate at bottom collar of cylinder liner.
- Place counter support on spindle and studs, screw tight.
- Turn nut until cylinder liner loosens.
- Detach removal tool and pull cylinder liner out.
- Remove sealing rings from cylinder liner.
