Procedure
- Remove the five screws securing the V-belt cover to the tensioning bracket.
- Loosen the bolts on the tensioning bracket to adjust the V-belt.
- Ensure the V-belt deflects approximately 0.4–0.6 inches (5–10 mm) with 5 to 10 pounds of force applied centrally between pulleys.
- Reinstall the V-belt cover.
