Before you start
- Never touch hot exhaust manifold or engine components
- Allow adequate cooling time before maintenance
Procedure
- Reduce load on generator
- Allow engine to cool down
- Turn off engine switch
- Wait for engine to stop completely
- Check that engine has cooled before servicing
