Before you start

  • Notice: Do not use Moly Disulfide.

Procedure

  1. 1. Instail the nozzle tip according to the pin on
  2. - the nozzle.
  3. 2. Tighten the retaining nut by applying the
  4. specified torque 59 to 78 N-m (6+ 8 kgf-m)
  5. [43+58 Ibf-ft]. (Apply oil to the nut.)
  6. 3. Adjust the fuel injection start pressure and
  7. c check spray conditions.
  8. spring pressure applied to the nozzle tip.
