Before you start
- Observe specified tightening sequence.
Procedure
- Apply engine oil to threads and seat surfaces.
- Tighten bolts to snug torque 294±14.7 N·m in sequence.
- Turn each bolt 30±1.5°.
- Turn again 30±1.5° (total 60±3°).
- Loosen all bolts and retighten according to angle method.
- After tightening all, further turn 30±1.5°.
