Before you start
- Be careful not to damage lower main bearing or thrust plate.
Procedure
- Remove the main bearing cap bolt and the side bolt.
- Install the cap remover adapter to the main bearing cap.
- Install the nozzle remover to the adapter.
- Move the nozzle remover up and down to remove each main bearing cap.
- Remove the main bearing lower and thrust plate lower.
