Before you start
- Be careful not to damage the camshaft cam and bushing.
Procedure
- Unscrew the thrust plate mounting bolts and dismount the thrust plate.
- Support the camshaft with a sling from the top of the crankcase.
- Remove the camshaft from the crankcase.
