Adjustments · Fuel injection nozzle

For the Mitsubishi S12A2, from the Mitsubishi owner's manual.

Applies to: Mitsubishi S12A2, Mitsubishi S12A2 engine

Before you start

  2. Push the tester handle down slowly while watching the pressure gauge.
  3. Read the pressure when the needle decreases suddenly; this is the injection start pressure.

  5. Secure the cap nut at 44 plus/minus 5 N-m.
  6. Check spray conditions: fuel from all nozzle holes, conical spray, fine particles, no drip.
