Before you start
- After installing, start engine and check for fuel leakage.

Procedure
- Clean mounting seat.
- Coat gasket with clean fuel oil.
- Bring gasket into contact with sealing surface.
- Hand-tighten cartridge 1/2 to 3/4 turn.
Specs & values
- Air vent plug: 0.8 to 1.0 kgf-m (6 to 7 lbf-ft) [8 to 10 N-m]
