Before you start
- Handle injection nozzle carefully; do not damage O-ring.
Procedure
- Apply grease to gasket and attach to injector.
- Clean copper tube area and ensure old gasket removed.
- Apply grease or lubricant to O-ring outside injection nozzle.
- Insert injector; align dowel pin hole, rack, and linkage.
- Install gland and tighten fixing nut manually.
- Tighten retaining nut to specified torque in 2-step method.
Specs & values
- Retaining nut 176±9 N·m then retighten to 127±6.4 N·m
- Nozzle retaining nut 216±5 N·m
