Procedure

  1. 1. Check for oil leaks. If oil leaks are evident,
  2. replace the auto-tensioner.
  3. 2. Check the rod end for wear or damage and
  4. replace the auto-tensioner if necessary.
  5. 3. Measure the rod protrusion. If it is out of
  6. specification, replace the auto tensioner.
  7. Standard value: 12 mm
