Procedure

  1. 2. Loosen the tensioner "B" bolt, and then remove
  2. the timing belt "B."
  3. <<F>>COUNTERBALANCE SHAFT SPROCKET
  4. REMOVAL
  5. 1. Set special tool Sprocket stopper (800404) as
  6. shown to prevent the counterbalance shaft
  7. sprocket from turning together
  8. 2. Loosen the bolt and remove the sprocket.

  12. 1. Set special tool Crankshaft sprocket puller
  13. (800399) as shown in the illustration.
  14. 2. Screw in the center bolt of the special tool to
  15. remove crankshaft sprocket "B."

  17. 1. Using special tools to prevent the camshaft
  18. sprocket from rotating.
  19. 2. Remove the camshaft sprocket.

  25. leave no indent when pressed with fingernail.
