Before you start
- Keep oil and grease away from the belt; may cause the belt to slip and shorten service life.
Procedure
- Remove the belt cover.
- Loosen all slide plate retaining bolts.
- Loosen the lock nut of adjusting bolt, and turn the adjusting bolt to adjust the belt tension.
- After adjusting, fix the slide plate and adjusting bolt.
- Install the belt cover.
