Before you start
- Maintain specified bridge-to-rotator clearance.
Procedure
- Check and adjust when engine is cold.
- Turn crankshaft to bring piston to TDC on compression stroke in firing order.
- Insert feeler gauge between rocker arm and bridge cap.
- Adjust clearance by turning screw.
- Tighten lock nut and recheck.
