Before you start
- Do not drain coolant until coolant temperature is below operating temperature.
Procedure
- Drain coolant system.
- Loosen hose clamp and remove inlet hose.
- Remove fan drive belt.
- Remove four screws securing fan, spacer, and fan pulley; remove them.
- Remove six screws securing water pump; remove alternator bracket, pump, and gasket.
