Before you start
- Ensure longer bolts installed in location noted during removal.
Procedure
- Apply sealant and position new gasket, water pump, and alternator bracket.
- Secure with six screws and tighten to 30 ft-lbs (40.6 Nm).
- Position fan pulley, spacer, and fan on pump hub.
- Secure with four screws and tighten to 72 in-lbs (8.0 Nm).
- Install fan drive belt.
