Before you start
- Cooling system operates at high temperature and pressure.
- Do not operate generator set while servicing radiator.
Procedure
- Remove radiator cap.
- Check that radiator drain valve is closed.
- Fill radiator with proper coolant to 2 inches below fill opening.
- Remove overflow bottle cap and fill bottle to COLD level.
- Install overflow bottle and radiator caps.
- After 30 minutes of operation check coolant level and add as required.
