Before you start
- Slave receptacle is electrically live at all times and is unfused; disconnect batteries first.
Procedure
- Shut down generator set.
- Open battery access door and disconnect negative battery cable.
- Open left side engine access door; tag and disconnect battery and slave receptacle cables.
- Remove bolts, nuts, and NATO slave receptacle from housing.
- Remove nut, bolt, and cover from generator set.
