Before you start
- No need to disassemble the entire alternator
Procedure
- Remove rear seal
- Disconnect the five wires of the rotating diode bridge
- For 34-38 remove clamp screws of the sectors; for 40-43-46 remove the clamp bolt and gently pull out the diode bridge
