Before you start
- Over-greasing is as detrimental as under-greasing.
Procedure
- Stop unit.
- Wipe clean the grease plugs and surrounding parts.
- Remove filler and drain plugs.
- Free drain hole of hard grease.
- Add grease until grease is forced through drain plug.
- Start unit.
- Allow unit to run 15 minutes with drain plug removed to allow excess grease to drain.
- Replace drain plug.
Specs & values
- relubricate annually or after every 3,600 hours
