Before you start
- Use only approved fuels, lubricants etc., otherwise the liability for defects becomes null and void.
Procedure
- Observe the Technical Information for the installation of MAN Diesel engines
- Do not operate at a load higher than about 75% maximum load during the first few hours
- Initial run-in should be at varying speeds
- After this initial run-in, bring the engine up to full output gradually
