Leroy-Somer — Reassembling LS 56 to LS 160 MP/LR motors without circlip

Procedure
- Mount the bearings on the rotor shaft.
- Insert the rotor into the stator without knocking the winding.
- Mount the DE shield (5).
- For LS 56, 63, 71 motors, mount the seal (39) with grease beforehand.
- Place the preloading washer (59), then mount the NDE shield (6).
- Place the tie rods (14) and tighten the nuts diagonally to the recommended torque.
- Mount the shield seals (39, 54, 308) with grease.
- Mount the fan (7) using a drift.
- Check the motor turns freely with no radial play; replace the cover (13).
