Before you start
- Direct coupling of neutrals is not recommended
Procedure
- Parallel connection is only possible between identical machines.
- Connect the exciter field windings in parallel at rectifier bridge terminals (A).
- Use the rectifier bridge to make this parallel connection.
- Direct coupling of neutrals is not recommended.
- If neutrals must be coupled, fit a current limiting coil in each neutral line.
- For different machines, fit a voltage regulator (sheet 83-112/2).
