Before you start
- Do not allow anyone to stand under the load.
Procedure
- All mechanical handling operations must use suitable equipment and the machine must be horizontal.
- Check how much the machine weighs before choosing the lifting tool.
- During this operation, do not allow anyone to stand under the load.
- Lifting eyes are for handling the alternator only; they must not be used to lift the genset.
