Before you start
- Engine fuels are combustible.
Procedure
- Loosen vent plug.
- Drain fuel from bowl.
- Loosen head bolt, rotate bowl counterclockwise, remove.
- Remove filter element.
- Install new element Genie 22942.
- Tighten drain plug, fill bowl with clean diesel.
- Install bowl, tighten head bolt to 65 inch-pounds (7 Nm).
- Bleed fuel system.
Specs & values
- Head bolt torque 65 inch-pounds (7 Nm)
