Procedure

  1. Remove each set of 7 mounting bolts (74) of cylinder head assembly (73).
  2. Using eyebolt [1], lift and remove cylinder head assembly (73).
  3. Remove each head gasket.

Tools required

  • Eyebolt [1]

Specs & torque values

  • Mounting bolts (74): 7 per side
  • Cylinder head weight: 20 kg
