Procedure
- Disconnect the negative (–) terminal from the battery.
- Remove covers (1) and (2).
- Drain coolant.
- Disconnect connector (P24) and overflow tube (3) and remove the sub-tank (4).
- Remove the mounting bolt and then hoist the engine hood assembly (5) to remove.
- Remove the clamp and hoses (6), (7), (8) and (9) between the radiator and the engine.
- Remove radiator front cover (10).
- Remove undercover.
- Remove cover (11).
- Disconnect the lower hose (12).
- Remove 2 upper mounting bolts (13).
- Lift and remove radiator assembly (14).
Specs & torque values
- Coolant capacity: 36 l
- Engine hood weight: 200 kg
- Radiator assembly weight: 30 kg
