Procedure
- Make sure throttle linkages are connected to governor lever, bellcrank, and carburetor throttle lever.
- Loosen hex nut holding governor lever to cross shaft.
- Move governor lever TOWARDS throttle control bracket as far as it will move and hold.
- Insert a nail into hole on cross shaft and rotate shaft COUNTERCLOCKWISE as far as it will turn, then tighten hex nut securely.
