Before you start
- Never operate with oil level below 'L' or above 'F' mark.
Procedure
- Make sure engine is stopped, level, and cool.
- Clean area around dipstick before removing it.
- Remove dipstick, wipe oil off, reinsert fully seated.
- Remove dipstick and check level between 'F' and 'L' marks.
- Add proper oil to full mark if low, then reinstall cap and dipstick.

- Oil capacity with filter: 1.4 L (1.5 U.S. qt.)
