Procedure
- Unhook two retaining clips; remove end cap.
- Pull air cleaner element out of housing.
- Check inner element condition; replace if dirty.
- Clean around inner element base before removing it.
- Install new inner element, then outer element.
- Reinstall end cap with dust ejector valve down.
