Before you start
- Disconnect emergency source and substitute variable AC supply as necessary to establish voltage levels.
Procedure
- Remove cap nuts from adjustment knobs.
- Set Drop-out maximum counterclockwise and Pick-up maximum counterclockwise.
- Increase line volts to desired Drop-out value (normally 70%); LED should be ON.
- Rotate Drop-out clockwise until LED goes OFF.
- Rotate Pick-up to maximum clockwise until LED is OFF.
- Increase line volts to desired Pick-up value (normally 90%); LED is OFF.
- Rotate Pick-up knob counterclockwise until LED comes ON.
- Recheck Pick-up and Drop-out by running voltage up and down.
- Reinstall cap nuts to secure settings.
