Before you start

  • Do not adjust R23 and R24 on circuit cards.

Procedure

  1. Under and overfrequency cards for both normal and emergency are factory set for 60-Hz voltage.
  2. 50 Hz: remove cap nut, turn pot to full counterclockwise position, turn clockwise 90 degrees, reinstall capnut.
  3. 60 Hz: remove cap nut, turn pot to full clockwise position, turn counterclockwise 45 degrees, reinstall capnut.
  4. Do not adjust R23 and R24 on circuit cards.

Specs & values

  • 60 Hz: overfrequency drop-out @ 65 Hz, pick-up @ 63 Hz; underfrequency drop-out @ 55 Hz, pick-up @ 57 Hz
  • 50 Hz: overfrequency drop-out @ 55 Hz, pick-up @ 53 Hz; underfrequency drop-out @ 45 Hz, pick-up @ 47 Hz
