Procedure

1. Turn voltage and volts/Hz pots fully counterclockwise.
2. Start generator set; rotate voltage pot until desired output voltage achieved.
3. Rotate stability pot clockwise until light flicker is minimized.
4. Readjust voltage adjustment pot if necessary.
5. Set engine speed to desired cut-in frequency (56.3 Hz or 46.3 Hz).
6. Rotate volts/Hz pot clockwise until voltage begins to drop.
7. Readjust engine speed to normal (1800 or 1500 rpm).
8. Stop generator set.
