Procedure

1. Remove the spin-on oil filter by turning it counterclockwise.
2. Follow the engine manufacturer's instructions on oil filter for proper installation.
3. Fill crankcase with new oil. Level should be at top of indicator on dipstick.
4. Reinstall oil fill cap/dipstick and tighten securely.
5. Start engine; check for oil leaks. Stop engine; correct leaks. Recheck oil level.
6. Dispose of used oil and filter in accordance with local ordinances.
