  2. Disconnect power to the transfer switch by opening switches or circuit breakers; open the enclosure and verify the source lugs are de-energized.
  3. Disconnect the transfer switch harness at P1, the programmed-transition board at P2, the ground wire, the accessory module at P16, and input/output, RS-485, Ethernet, USB, and current sensing connecti
  4. Remove the plastic cover (which includes the nameplate) and save it for installation on the new controller.
  5. To replace the entire assembly: remove the four corner nuts, install the new assembly, and tighten the nuts to no more than 6.8 Nm (5 ft. lb. or 60 in. lb.).

  9. Check and adjust the DIP switch settings, close and lock the enclosure door, and reconnect power to the transfer switch.
  10. Load the saved configuration (.cfg) file or use the user interface to set system voltage, frequency, phases, phase rotation, and time delays.
  11. Program input 1 on the main logic board to Inhibit Transfer.
  12. Reconnect the engine starting battery (negative lead last) and move the master switch to the AUTO position.
