Before you start
- Improper rich adjustment causes vaporizer malfunction and excess fuel consumption.
Procedure
- Turn main fuel valve clockwise until lightly bottomed; back out 1 turn.
- Warm engine and run at rated rpm under full load.
- Turn main valve in until engine slows (lean); out until full speed regained.
- Stop engine; turn idle fuel screw fully in, then back out 1/4 turn.
