Procedure
- Reassembly is essentially the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
- Turn throttle body upside down, install new gasket and fuel inlet needle then position float and insert float pin.
- With float lever resting on inlet needle, measure distance between gasket and bottom of float at free end - should be 5/16 in.
- Bend float lever carefully if adjustment is needed.
- After carburetor is reinstalled, recheck level by removing fuel level plug - fuel level should be just below this hole.
